These weekly updates are meant to be mostly product-focused, but this week’s New York Times piece asking whether “women ruined the workplace” has been stuck in my head.

The article frames the dysfunction of our institutions as a gender story where they are too feminized, too emotional, and too conflict-averse, as if the presence of women is what broke the workplace. For me, this isn’t an abstract debate; it’s a personal history.
