What were you doing before you started your company? Real Estate
What is your origin story? Being in real estate for over 15 years, I dealt with families every day. Throughout my transactions, I would see the family dynamic change as aging loved ones needed more assistance to stay in their homes and a decision had to be made: either move in with their adult children or seek the help of an assisted living facility. Whatever the change, an older loved one's loneliness would always come up.
What has been the best part of building your company? The best part has been making Seniors smile and giving families a little more peace of mind, meeting people, and working with my team. It is beyond rewarding.
What has been surprising about building your company? The need for what I'm doing. Hearing the stories of how families are realizing and navigating their loved one's loneliness has been eye-opening.
